im a big fan of chili sauce though, and while i was queing up noticed a bottle they had called 'insanity sauce', had a little smell and thought thats nothing that, put a little bit on my finger and had a taste, oh my god, i was jumpin round in the que crying like a little girl for 5 minutes hahahaha

Haha. Mate, those sauces are savage - there was another one in that row called Who Dares Burns. A mate of ours brought that round to our flat a year or so ago and after a few bevvies we were all feeling full of bravado and started trying it out. One poor girl who finds korma a spicy encounter was doubled up on the floor for the best part of 20 minutes. I woke up the next morning and picked my nose without realising some still remained under my nail. That was a wake-up call and a half :?

Best food stall was blatantly the Mexican one - went there four times (only three times last year). Super Burrito was the bollocks but the burger they did with all the extras was awesome. £4.50 for a decent sized burger with stupid amount of sour cream, guacamole and salsa, plus you could add as much tex mex sauce and hot sauce as you liked. A messy ordeal but well worth it - better than the Flat Cow burgers as well which were tasty but more expensive.

Potato wedge breakfast was spot on. Didn't have any noodles this year but they've been good before. Best name easily goes to Sausage Fest.

Was a total nightmare getting a cup of tea at the weekend though, everywhere seemed to have run out!

Lamb curry?! Why did I not see/eat this?

I wouldn't have noticed it if I hadn't bought a bacon and egg bun there during the day. The board said they sold lamb curry in the evening. Didn't really venture up that way once it went dark otherwise, the mud was a bit too slippery round there for me with my dodgy knee. Still I thought for the curry I'd try and get there, almost fell over, but in the end it was worth it. Morrocan style, a bit spicy and filled me up. What more can I ask for. Hope it's there next year!

The man speaks the truth. The great "plate of everything". I lived off that.

Yep the plate of everything, bloody great. I don't think they had many customers, which is probably why it's not been back since. Maybe the fact they were in a plain looking burger style van worked against it. Some of the stalls at Glade are quite tarted up to attract the punters. Give me quality over aesthetics anyday.
