Message from Sancho Panza....

Postby fletcher on 25 Jul 2007, 14:01

Not seen this posted elsewhere, sorry if i missed it. Got this in their email newsletter...

Firstly we would like to offer up masses of love and praise to everyone involved
in the Glade festival right from the litter pickers to the podium jumpers. We
arrived last tuesday to a beautiful undulating green site, built our tent with
the usual love and care and then the biblical rains came down and turned
everything in to a mud pie. Like facing the Red Sea without a boat everyone cast
the mud aside and created a superb festival. Too many highlights to mention so
we'll just say thank you to all, a large glass of Holy Red all round and a
little prayer for those still clearing site.

A wicked tent as always, proper house party feel all weekend. :wackyhat:

Definately a tent, that kept drawing me back, nice to have a built in bar and plenty of seating for socialising.

Also a Massive, Massive thanks for putting on 20:20 Sound System, been way too long since I have seen them.

Is the Sancho Panza tent bigger than it was a couple of years ago?

Why no floor in there though? Was it because of the health risk posed by (people falling on their arse in) all the mud?
