i jst tried to chat to him, dint have naythin special to say but still expected sumthin, all i got was 'yeh' or 'hmm' or a little nod so afta tryin to make conversation for like 5 mins i was like fair play, wateva. then literaly a minute later my mate goes up, who happens to be female, and say 'hey ur roni size' and instantly he was like 'oh you alrite love, how r u? do u want a drink?' so i was like fine then.

Check out High Contrast mate, or cyantific, fookin quality DnB, especially High Contrasts Fabriclive CD, that was what got me loving DnB again!!

And I really can't see what you all hate pendulum so much for, I still like most of their tunes, and I used to be into proper heavy end underground stuff!!! Love fasten your seatbelts, proper tearout breaks tune, and they did another qualioty breaks tune too, think it was out here!!!

High Contrast is a fuckin rudeboi, High Society is a sick ablum, as is the FabriLive, wich u sed. True Colours is not so gd tho.... anything off hospital records is amazing near enuf, Cyantific, Logistics, High Contrast, London Elektricity

i neva rele liked pendulum, thers a couple of tunes, its all the same tho, its cheesy and commercial and aimed at people who have neva heard DnB.....
and plus they arent even dj's, they pre-record all the tunes onto cd's at the same tempo so they dont even mix....wich is a fuckin disgrace.

Cheers for the tips guys. I've tried to stay away from Pendulum and other commercial acts cos I want to try out darker edgier acts. Plus they're responsible for that awful mix of the Prodigy's Voodoo People. They should be shot!

it's not THAT awful. You can't go that wrong with that track - it just makes everyone dance.

that remix is HORRIBLE, why did ruin such a gd tune?!?!
the only tunes i still like is, Fasten Your Seatbelt is OK, i guess, but whoeva sed Out Here, that is a gd tune.
BUT, they r both breaks tunes, so doesnt say much for their DnB tunes rele does it??

That remix of voodoo people is a fucking travesty.

Check out a cover of the tune by band called Refused, its so much better.

Dark edgy DnB is the shit.
try Calyx, Teebee, Noisia, Hive, Break and Silent Witness. Mostly quite technical less "chav-orientated" stuff
as for pendulum.... :boxer: the likes of slam and tarantula are so stale they actualy stop me raving. altho through the loop and out here are gd tunes, havent quite redeemed themselves.
