I've moved this to a thread of its own, Ned. Thanks for the info.

Fucking awesome stuff! I can just see myself jumping round like a turbo nutter bastard monkey.

Infact, i remember on the board last year someone saying "hellfish & producer @ glade... that'd make my day" - well it's happening.

Ive heard a few sets of theirs; some mindblowing, others a bit boring. I'm sure they'll pull out all the stops for the glade!

Oh man, really? He's so fucking boring though. Not the sort of thing that I thought would be in the LittleBig tent.

you find his album boring? it isnt the best stuff to dance to but as listening goes, its one of last year's finest albums. wildly eclectic and very fucking french.

but you english hate that last thing i reckon :D

I really liked Rock On but generally I just thought the whole album was really disappointing. The way people were harping on about it, I expected some transcendental listening experience, or at least something mildly original, but the whole thing was a bit flat I thought, and after a couple of listenings, I haven't been remotely interested in picking up the disc again... I suppose the word i'm really looking for to describe this album, is "meh".

na they're (i think) both UK producers. They've both been on the gabba/ techno scence for yonks. I've only just got into them, dont ask me how cuz i dont do pills or nothing, but hellfish & producer are fucking genius. :)

I'm not sure that most English people give a toss about the French, to be honest. Certain tabloids like The Sun try to whip up resentment against the French every now and then, especially when it comes to aspects of the EU that Rupert Murdoch doesn't like, but I think your average person is indifferent to it all really.

A lot of Americans seem to hate the French rather more and that always strikes me as rather ironic because the US as a nation owes its very existence to France...

Both Hellfish and DJ Producer are from england.

Hellfish now lives in France.

BTW i cant really see myself leaving the Overkill tent for any lengthy stretch of time, except maybe to sleep a little.

I'll wait for the festival itself to reserve judgement on the other tents but not terribly interested in any of them at this stage.

Did anyone spend much time at Sancho Panza at all last year? Was only really there for Layo & Bushwacka.
