what makes me sad is tomorrow is my birthday, i have the day off and all i am gonna do is try and clean all of my tent and car.... ive moved past the stage of wanting to cry....ha ha sunday morning i had regressed into a Childs mind set. the buzz gone i had a tear in my eye..ha ha ha so emotionally drained.. why we do these things ha ha

I keep 'welling up' today and have no idea why. I was fine yesterday. I also keep getting these strange 'shocks' in my head whenever I try to sleep.

Yeah can relate to that, I often get it after a festival.

Last year after a 7 dayer, I had a really loud clapping noise every time I drifted off. At some point during the night, mrs digs woke up with a start and said 'what was that!?' ... 'what?' ... 'a loud clapping noise' ...

That she could hear it too freaked me out a bit at the time.
