Orbit wrote:It really was a complete waste of money. Unlike others I didn't go for the psytrance but the amazing lineup of non psytrance DJ's. Only one of the 15 or so I wanted to see actually came and played. The site looked awful and the camping was cramped, I hated the weekend and hope it doesnt get to go again, there were so many disappointed punters! The organisers were so rude to us all when we complained, to the point where I would never attend another antiworld party again.
Agree 100% (apart from the camping which was fine!)
They took the piss basically! Their line up was amazing (probably one the greatest line ups you'll ever see) but obviously didn't sell enough tickets to finance the event. There was probably only about 1500 - 2000 paying punters there. When acts got wind of this and found out by word of mouth that they weren't going to get paid allot decided not to turn up. Other acts just played as soon as they arrived and then left. The organisation was truly awful.
The only reason the psy trance stage was organised and ran to time would have been that those acts probably did get paid.
I did have a good time, as anyone would in a sunny field for 3 days but the final straw came on the Sunday when the Acid techno tent was just getting going at about 2pm and they called the whole festival off! That tent was the main reason I went and as such I was very annoyed!
The attitude of the main promoters stunk and they treated the other staff and organisers like shit (dont really want to go into too much detail but many of the smaller promoters who they had worked with from around the country were shafted by the antics of Enrico(the main guy behind Antiworld)).
I would definitely never go to any of their event again!
p.s. I will be running a seminar on all of the above in the Vapour stage on Saturday night!

Whats wrong with you boy, catus domesticus toying with your fleshy sound manipulator?
