Great night! I hugged Luke Vibert on the deck and then felt really awkward when he took the urinal next to mine.

Great to have a proper chat with Boki in the queue and meet Imitationleather and the Gabba Oar... truly oarsome, indeed! Spotted a fair few of the usual regulars around, of course, including Davey up the front for Altern-8!

Also... that was some impressive stink going on in the gents... I think somebody opened up Davey's Locker!

Unfortunately Shaz got a really bad case of sea sickness so we had to leave pretty much as soon as the boat docked back, but aside from that it was mondo greatness

I still feel a bit wobbly though. Not sure if it's cos I haven't got my landlegs back, the lack of sleep, or some strange other reason

i felt terribly queasy for the last hour or so and when we got back on dry land and sat down and the boat motion was still going on i realised it was sea sickness rather than 'other reasons' horrible- shaz has my sympathy!

That was a great night, best in ages! Ceephax played a belter in particular I thought, and I met Luke Vibert after he tripped down the stairs en route to the loo

Aaarrr! Was a real pleasure to meet up with my 'ardcrew again, a more disreputable bunch o' ruffians an' bilge rat cut throats ye couldn'e wish to meet but I loves 'em I do! The crew were 'ard and the plunderin' grand I tell 'e!

Cap'n Vibert did sail through wild acid waters with a coolness that was 'ard to fathom, a doodlin' on 'is keyboard, pint in 'and as the crew screamed for blood! Fuckin' dude or what?

Boki, Imitation, Leah, Sainty and the crew, Dave and Shazz congratulations mates, the disembarkation is always a tricky job for the helm as complacency in home waters can lead to mistakes but ye cast off and lead with a steady hand as ye always do.... and everybody else, it was a real pleasure to sail with ye. Jemo, I'm sorry I didn't recognise you at first - it was the glasses that threw me - You weren't wearing them in the photo where you were being bummed when we sailed upon the good ship Electrowerks a few months back, were you? I remember ye boasting of having the stripes of a rear admiral that night!

Thanks to the organisers for a top one! My girlfriend had a ticketing nightmare which made things a bit shaky at the start (We found her ticket on our bed at home DOH!) It wasn't my Favourite AoC but still a top top top laugh. Ceephax blew my effing brain out! I seem to fall in and out of love with his live sets and this one was the best I have ever seen. He seems to have seriously tamed those lovely Roland machines to produce the best wonky acid I have heard in.. well.. forever I guess

Can I just make the one request of more live action if Bangface get involved at the next one. One live act just didn't seem right at AoC. I think there has been a minimum of three at the others i've been to. It's one of the reasons I love AoC cause you get a chance to look in amazment at what people are doing 'cause you are so close to the artists. Still I had my giant eyes out for Ceephax's set as I watched in amazement.

Well, I'm saying choppy waters plus plus Jemo plus sickness plus wackiness will cause a dangerous overload leading to a catastrophic wave of destruction. But by all means add yourself into the equation.
