Let Saint Acid bang your face with breakcore, acid, gabber, mash-up, jungle and dubstep - not forgetting the inflatables and rave horns.

I would love to set one up... I attempted to, as i have good contacts in the scene and what not...

One venue told me that type of music attracts trouble makers, so i told him to fuck off and shove the funky house shit up his arse as that attracts boozy wankers looking for fights... The others told me it was to noisy, some didnt reply.

Any suggestions put em forward im up for giving it a go.. minimum requirements would be a venue open till 3 preferably 6 though.. a backstage area for producers to keep their stuff and meet their rider requerments, and would like 2 rooms.

Did you even try studio 51 or whatever its called now?? They used to have some fucked up nights there!! Hernebay would probably let you, not been to any of the clubs there before though!!!

I from Eastry, which is kind of inbetween Canterbury and Dover, (near Sandwich)

Canterburys not to bad if your big on breaks and psy-trance. That was alright initially, but I just can't take it anymore.

Yo, im from Deal but spend alot my time in Brighton and London the Breaks capitals of the UK. Maidstone is probably your best bet check out the river bar (nice little venue) or maybe the Loft. Keep us posted on your mission. I can recommed a quality breaks DJ if ya wanna mix it up a bit. :)

Nice.

I know a few dj's but there mostly psy-trance, I do know a pretty good d'n'b dj, a breakcore dj who I'm yet to hear mix, and my gabbery self.

I'm starting to understand why theres such an anti-psy movment now, its the difference between quantity and quality

1: No psy
2: Good people, good vibe (obviously)
3: Emphasis on fast and frantic, (breakcore, acid ect.)
4: A nice low key venue
5: Don't know, I have zero experiance in doing this stuff really. It just has to be done.

Im going to have a ponder, see what springs to mind

I have a car so (?) I suppose it depends on how much demand there is on the East side.

hmmm wouldnt the east be more logical due it being closer to London so easily accesible by people travelling to get there and b) idnt there more people over the east side ... ? (could be a dumb question)

Isn't the east side a lot chavvier too? No offence intended to East Kent peeps on here, but you knows it. ;)

In fact, isn't the word "chav" supposed to have originated there? :?
