Bus Leaving From Glasgow for Glade '07

Postby bitskit » 09 Mar 2007, 05:28

me and my mates will be organizing a bus from glasgow to glade this year again. last year i think the final count was 18 which meant we ended up getting a 24 seater for luxury. a lot more of us are coming this year but we need more people to fit a 50+ seater, this will mean a lot more comfort and possible a DVD player and a decent hi-fi this time. contact me back on this froum to organise it. once more people have got back to me then we can start organisng costs. mind that the more people come the cheaper it will be!

Tell us more. What happened?
Top one. Nice one. Get sorted.

If you have any useless mates who are still dithering about coming to Glade, show them this article: http://www.ravetalk.co.uk/glade-festival-2009.shtml

so he was, i kinda forgot about that, heavy bad vides on the way home, and he wasnt for letting us stop to get food either was he. ach well at least he let us get pished on the bus, and ill proably sleep all the way home again anyway so it could be a pissed off terminator bot driving us home for all i care.

do you want a current head count? me, you, mags, mark, fabien, alex, gillian, karen are all going again from last year, plus scott, donna, kimberley, think thats it at the min. katrina and james might change there minds once the tickets come out.

Alright guys?

when is the bus arriving at Glade and leaving Glade? I might be interested as I stay in Bonnybridge and if its just me coming down I might be persuaded to get the bus! I always go with my mates from Crewe, but could just meet them there, and it would save me the torurous drive home, which is very appealing!

i was wanting to get the bus earlier this time cos it was a total hassle trying to find a camping space by the time we got there! i was hoping to leave ultra early morning this time! but if no one is up for it then we can just go the same time as last year.

i cant think of anything else to say...

ive been trying to organise a bus but its seeming harder than i thought. with not too much information on location and numbers its hard to get a quote off anyone. once i get more definite numbers i'll start going round the companies again.

Could this mean that we're gonna have some solid support from the home crowd....?

Hope so :)
