Festival gate times.

Say i dont get a campervan ticket. Would be it be possible to walk back to my van, in the main car park at say 4am saturday morning. Or anytime, without prblem.

Thinking on previous yrs layouts, their isnt much, or any difference in the distance to the car park to the campervan field. Aslong as i get there early it would be ok. I hope

Pedestrian gates are open 24 hours, as stated in the FAQ: glade-festival-2009-faq-t6612.html#p103717

What you're essentially asking is "can I still kip in my camper van in the car park, even though I haven't got a camper van ticket?" ;)

I'd say if they haven't put something specifically in the terms and conditions to prevent people sleeping in their vehicles inthe car park, then there's not much they can do about it. But don't hold me to that.

AFIAK you can park a live-in van in the main car parking but you can't sleep in it.

Although if you're discreet I don't see how anyone could tell so it's up to you if you want to risk it.

Do you know if there's a specific T&C that forbids it, 0x06? Because I dare say quite a few people will try it.

I don't know of any T+C specifically but would imagine that it's a license condition that all camping must be in designated areas and not in the car park.

I think its to do with gas camper stoves in the designated area (fire hazard and all) which would be the camper field not the carpark. If u just want take a nap in your car/ van in the carpark i'm sure you could get away with it easy just don't draw too much attention to yourself ie. stero, lights, stove, mates over for drinks from the cold fridge.......
