Hello!
Sorry to start such an exclusively themed thread but its much easier to organise than fiddling around with private messages.
This is a message for Me (SKye), Jemo, Thethrd99balloon,bongobil1,buzzingtalk,liquid phoenix, Rachel
To let you all know Ive been sent your tickets! I was sent them quite a while back but because Ive been in Sheffield I didnt realise I had all of yours too till yesterday. Are you ready for information...
It says here on the letter Ive got "The site opens at 1pm (midday) {thats a bit confusing eh???} on friday 25th april. When you arrive at the gates you will be directed to reception. Only the group leader {thats me} is required to visit reception desk. The group leader will exchange the tickets and collect the chalet keys and group wrist passes. Chalet keys will only be issued to the group leader. We will require a £20 re-fundable deposit for each member of your group. Dont worry you'll get this back as long as you havent blatantly damaged anything.
If you are arriving seperately and you are not the group leader you will only get a wrist pass from reception. In this case, get a beer and wait for your friends.
Just to be safe, also bring a print out of the ebang receipts you were emailed, it will contain a reference number (RCXXXXXXXX).
The grand opening will be announced by email.
Reception opening times are:
25th 1pm-1am
26th 1pm-5pm
27th 1pm-5pm
28th 7am 11am


I also have a terms and conditions sheet I have to get you all to sign, but it says i can sign it on your behalf. It says stuuf like- no mess, no breaking stuff, no animals, no drugs....

Well...it all seems pretty confusing really. When are we all arriving? I dont really know yet, i guess no-one else does yet either? If you want I can post you your ticket, but i suppose you wont get into the chalet, and also itll be hard to co-ordinate once the parties begun? Also i cant spot you all 140 quid when I arrive!

awesome! ermm well i know me and 99th will have to leave early but unsure what time, havnt been asleep yet from BF53 so need to sleep before i start hilusinating :p ill get 99th to txt you anythink you need to know and sign on my behalf or watever :D
glad to know your still alive me old mucker havnt heard from you in a wile :/

Hello everyone! I'm rachel...looking foreward to a crazy weekend. at pontins. haha!

All that is very confusing...so we can only get into our chalet when skye gets there?
skye- maybe you should arrive pretty much at 1pm with all the tickets, to hand them out when people arrive?
theres a crew coming with me from brighton and i think we'll be there early, do you think theyll be able to stay in a room next to ours?
exciting! whats our theme? 7 colours of the scientific rainbow? red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple! :)
is there a general theme for the festival?

hmm im not sure when ill be arriving...i could even have an exam on the friday. i wont know til a few weeks before when ill be getting there. also does it mention how many sets of keys your gonna get per chalet?

rachael good to hear theres another girl in our chalet, :wackyhat:

im gonna try and get there for one but obviously i might not be able to.

will have to sort out the logistics nearer the date when people know when they can come exactly.

as long as who ever has the keys is willing to meet people at the entrance to let em in it should be ok, might be a lot of going back and forwards but with 7 of us and mostly randoms coming from different places it aint gonna be easy

and yes sign the form claaart!

Alright rachel, havent seen you on any internet thingys for a long time.
yeah i guess we'll just have to sort it out nearer the time. and make sure we have each others phone numbers.
