This one may be a self-confirmation for Trancient Dreams ( ambient/dub/breakbeat).

Glade isn't in their list but their blurb does mention playing Glade "later this year".

But seeing as they played Glade last year, it may just be that they haven't updated their myspaz profile yet.

Not so sure about Shane Gobi though - he last updated his Myspace in December 2007 and his list of gigs there is from 2006! Unless, of course, you have another source...?

We always check these things on GT, which is why our 2006 and 2007 lists got a good reputation for accuracy.

The Glade 2008 lineup list is now up and running... If you want to help us out with that, the more line-up 'detectives', the merrier!

Btw, don't know if you read the 'rumours' thread, but I don't think Juno Reactor are playing this year. They have a date in London on the 18th, and haven't yet been contacted by the organisers.

If the organisers have already 'got the headliners in mind', I think it's a bit unlikely they wouldn't have contacted them by now..... Unless Juno are teasing us

oooh yes, already looking like a good psy trance line up: perfect stranger, ace ventura, allaby and zen mechanics are all at the very top of genre atm IMO!

Aye, Robofish, they're coming off the next update.

The way our system works, though, is that the Rumours section is just that, it can include mere speculation and rumours seen elsewhere that we haven't been able to substantiate for ourselves yet.

If we get any corresponding evidence (or in some cases, we get confirmations from inside sources but the info has not been officially announced yet), then it moves to Strong Rumour.

We distinguish between artists' self-confirmations and official confirmations because sometimes things fall through between initial bookings and contracts actually being signed.

Last year, we (along with FW and AAA) were given advance notification of some official confirmations direct from the organisers before they published them on their own website. Hopefully the same will happen this year, although there's no guarantees of course, it's their call.
