Glade 2013 – Top 3 you would like to see?

Glade Festival is Britain's biggest and best non-corporate electronic dance music festival, with a proper havin' it vibe. Now based at a stately home in Norfolk.

Ricardo Villalobos
Four Tet
and Amon Tobin

I'd like a return to Glade (haven't been there since 2009) and those 3 artists would make such return a grand one.

Glade 2013 might be my year off on account of getting married and grown up stuff like that :)

But.... should at least 2 of these be added to the lineup, I would be so there.

1.) Autechre (new album rumours abound, they should be looking for bookings... DO IT)

2.) John Digweed (I am sure I have nominated him every year since the festival's birth, but his quality underground techno / house selections would go down a storm, late night in the main arena....DO IT! Plus much more underground sounds than Sasha who they already booked back in the day and who probably cost them a fortune). Could do a Bedrock showcase tbh, the sound is much more at home at Glade than it is currently at Global Gathering. Josh Wink is someone else who I have mentioned many years in a row who would fit in with this sound too. [NON-AFFILIATED MARKETING] New 4xCD set out soon recorded live in London recently, the tracklisting shows his sound is definitely down with the Glade ethos. There is even some Antix and Max Cooper on Disc 4 for the psy heads[/NON-AFFILIATED MARKETING]

3.) iTAL tEK. I have found his recent album nothing short of stunning, and have followed this guys output since day 1. His set at Corsica Studios last month was wicked and he would smash the Overkill tent right up. I remember he played the liquid tent in Wasing on an afternoon back when his music was considerably more dubstep than it is now, the bubble machines made it all rather lovely and floaty. I am glad there is more aggression in his music now, whilst retaining the awesome melodies.

PS I will show my Fiancée this thread NOW, so that if this actually happens and these artists do get booked, then I have no excuses not to go... :P

Agreed and there was no Bedrock arena at Global this year and there was a smaller tent for them last year that was packed full of people who would love the Glade experience IMO.
I'm off, Goodbye :)

My perfect Glade day would be like this:

BRAIN DRIVER - some breakfast psytrance to sweat out last night's intoxicants.
LONE - to sort my head out, get me back into the groove, realign my shakras and all that.
OPIUO - good for a proper fucking stomp.
NNRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!
