Glade Festival Statement

Glade Festival is Britain's biggest and best non-corporate electronic dance music festival, with a proper havin' it vibe. Now based at a stately home in Norfolk.

Well, there we go:
"So, after much careful deliberation, The Glade has decided not to continue with the Sunday night parties at the Ministry of Sound.

We have decided that these nights do not represent what The Glade is about and we are going to focus our efforts on creating something much more apt for you all
later in the year.

Watch this space for more info about this.

Many thanks to all those of you that came along last week, it was quite a hoot.

Thanks for all your feedback and big love to you all.

The Glade Crew"

Blimey!! What happened??

Don't know if it was that event, but the pictures on the facebook project sound page didn't look anything like the real glade we all love!

Did notice the other day this thread was worringly high up in the google search results for project sound. Oh well if people want to actually listen to my opinions that's up to them innit!

Must say though I stand by my comments that MOS and Glade didn't really seem to be a very compatible match and the line-up didn't sound very 'Glade'.

Can I just say that if any of you came up to me at Glade last year and told me "Glade will be cancelled next year to be replaced with a clubnight at MOS" I would have spat at you.
