Help- ticket troubles

Hey there,

I bought a ticket off someone on psy-forum, it had already been activated.
It was sent last wednesday by recorded post but has not arrived.
I feel it will probably never arrive. Am I screwed? What can I do?
Can I get in touch with someone at Glade?

Anyone want to give me a ticket?

Unfortunately this is between you and the seller of the ticket. You could try Gtickets on 01749 813496 but I don't think they'll be all that helpful as they expressly discourage people buying off randoms. They're only open 10am until 4pm anyway.

But I think you're going to have to get back onto the seller. Was this "special delivery" or just "recorded delivery"? If it was the latter, you probably are screwed as it could well be lost in the system. Special delivery has online tracking, recorded doesn't.

recorded does but it only states if its being processed or delivered. if u have the tracking number for recorded they can tell u where it is though if u ring the customer service line
