Who should play Glade 2009?

Glade Festival is Britain's biggest and best non-corporate electronic dance music festival, with a proper havin' it vibe. It's 16-19 July 2009, get those dates in your diary.

Way out of the Glade's budget, if you're talking about their full live shows.

Don't see why a DJ set shouldn't be do-able though. Would be especially nice if they could do a low-key 'secret' DJ set like they do at Glasto.

I was just thinking that Leeroy from Prodigy would be a good act at Glade? DJing? I hear he's a wicked DJ. Prodigy would probably be too expensive, but I reckon Leeroy would play.

I think Liam would be a better option (although probably more expensive) - his dirtchamber mix CD was awesome!

He was pretty good when I caught him at Airtight (Club North, Manchester) in 2003. Played breaks at the time but I was only just getting into clubbing so can't tell you much more than that. I'm much more of a breaks Nazi now.

FUTURE SOUND OF LONDON CONFIRMED FOR BLOC WEEKENDER

I think next year's glade organizers should do their utmost to get these massive legends to the glade man.. bloc isn't that big of a festival so their fee shouldn't be exorbitant. join my plea and beg everyone to get FSOL to the glade

I've been doing that every year since 2004. It'll happen one day, I'm in no rush.

More techno (and not minimal). Joey Beltram - best techno set I ever heard. Chunky as you like.

Would love to see Solar Fields or hallucinogen.
