I've wanted to go to this for a couple of years but I've never had anywhere in the area to stay. But now I've got a girlfriend who's from Birmingham so I can stay round at hers. Wahey!

How much are tickets likely to be? If it's not too bad I'll be tempted.

Top one. Nice one. Get sorted.

If you have any useless mates who are still dithering about coming to Glade, show them this article: http://www.ravetalk.co.uk/glade-festival-2009.shtml

Rolo Tomassi are pretty cool if you like crazy metal stuff. They are all 17/18 years old aswell.

Indeed, I'm going to ATP in December based on them alone!

I'm not really too partial to hip-hop (even of the "experimental" variety), but I got their collaboration with Faust and it's a great record. Lots of clanging and shouting. So I'd probably appreciate them in a live setting.

I'm gonna have to miss the entire Osaka Invasion at Supersonic and save it for Glade. Cutting Pink, Rollo Tomassi, PCM, Dalek etc. is a bit more appealing right now.

The Osaka guys are playing a free gig in Nottingham on Thursday, by the way. I'm so there.
I've got feelings of anxiety, me.

Rolo Tomassi are great. They're kind of spazzy, screamy madness with keyboards. They're also very young and that pisses me off cos 17/18 year olds shouldn't be allowed to be that good.
