hello, i just realized this site existed............

i need someone to go to glade with in '08, moved away from my old mates to get to the city and now none of them want to know, bugger everything else i've got to find a glade goer to jump up and down with.

i'm a short young hyperactive acid producing mother f**ker, i also write gabba/techno but i have lots of acid tunes going at the moment.

if anyone ends up with no one to go with then we should start a forum before we go and we'l see how many strangers we can get to meet up and camp out with - otherwise you'l see a short very caned jumbled up lad on his own with a reefer sticking out his mouth trying to work out where he is, probably shouting the word 'SHEPARD' very loudly for comfort.

LOL, don't worry about coming to Glade on your own, it's one of the easiest places to make friends I've ever been to.

We did have a Camp GT which was pretty successful last year too. See the-all-new-glade-camping-and-meets-thread-t3797.html

Not sure if I personally will be organising a camp this year, someone else can do the hard work and nagging and arm-twisting

, but there's bound to be one or two which you can come and join or just pop over and say hi to.

Some form of camp GTness (as if glad talk wasn't camp enuf already, ohh vicar etc etc) had better be going on this year else I'll cry or something.

But I might be going on my own this year, depends if any of my mates get off their arses instead of just spending money going to fucking amsterdam. (I mean go somewhere, sit around and get very stoned for a week, I can't think of much that would bore me more) although I do belive the people I went with last year (I met them on this forum) are going again so I might jump in with them again. But going to glade on your own is a fantastic experience, you meet so many random shiney happy people its unbeliveable.

Hello! I'd like to chat (especially since we have a common friend in Sid) but I never have time. So hello again, and we'll perhaps meet one sunny day. (Hopefully five sunny days.)

I always say I'd like to camp with Camp GT but then I chicken out cos there's like 20 people I know elsewhere. So yet again, I might camp with GT but will probably not.

PS just saw ik's photos, how the hell did you have GRASS!!??! Our camp was a total mudbath (except for my tent as I dug a trench around it, oh how they laughed but I had the last laugh in a dry tent, f**kers!)

Hahaha. And enjinn I know a few brizzle crew heading to glade this year, when they've got their tickets I'll put you in touch. And I should be in brizzle in the next couple of months, if you wanna meet up for a pre glade mash-up sumwhere give me a shout.

I didn't even spot the location!

I'll be heading down at some point in the next month or so, keep an eye out for Spoll on breaks lineups, that would be my friend's boyfriend, he plays out quite often down there, and so does Gem (who I think DJs as Purple Hazer but I could be wrong)

I will make sure I let you both know when that is, so that you can come to a fab night and so we can put names to faces :thup:

Yea sound man, let me know. I'm fairly fluid as to when I'm gonna be in bristol but its defo on the cards. TBH I'd rather go down when some weird breakcore night was on though, sod all breakcore in leicester
