Ah, well, the problem is this. The old countdown timer is set to the time gates open at the Glade (i.e. 12 noon on the Thursday***). Always has been. So the change happens at noon each day instead of midnight - and this is where the problems begin.

It would make life far simpler to just have it changing at midnight like everyone else does. It's just that the clock was set to the gate opening time to keep the pedants happy . Otherwise, it's hard to define an actual time when Glade begins. Is it when the bars open, when the music starts etc?

(But it might make life simpler to just have each day starting at midnight, like everyone else, after all. It just seems to confuse too many people by having it set for midday. The idea behind that, though, was to count down the hours until the gates open)
