This is from the glade site: If we drive will we have to pay for parking?

It depends. We try and discourage too much fossil fuel burning and local traffic congestion by saying that if you have 3 or more in your car then parking will be free. If there is 1 or 2 people in a vehicle then they will have to pay a £5 'green tax' at the gate as in previous years..

Not sure where you should camp but i'm sure you'll find a nice spot it's not overcrowded like glasto.....

Alright Fran, Matthew here how you doing. Your offer could be very helpful to me and my friend. We are flying back to Luton from Budapest on the thursday and will be getting to luton at about 8pm. If you could help us (if its not too late in the day) we would be happy to cover any petrol costs and buy you drinks and what not at glade. We are also glade virgins but know a load of people going so I reckon we could also help you secure a decent camping spot.

Hopefully speak soon my email is maestro_edinburgh85@hotmail.com

Cheers either way
