Shamania has obtained a 24-hour three-day licence for its festival in the shadow of Pendle Hill in the heart of Lancashire Witch Country.
The organisers say they will have a non-stop music policy starting at 6pm on Friday 1 August right through to 2am on Monday 4 August across three stages.
Headliners include Eat Static, Safi Connection, Cosmosis, Dickster, John Phantasm and a hard trance/acid techno stage hosted by Riff Raff. Other attractions include “Live The Dream Reunion ’89” hosted by ex-Hacienda DJs and a chill-out stage.
This is a very family-friendly festival and prices are modest too. Over-18s are £45 each, youth tickets (ages 11 to 17) are £20 each, while children 10 and under get in for just 1p each (yes, 1p) for the first two and then £10 each.
